This is the Palma Collection Outdoor Set. Arriving Spring '24, this premium quality HDPE outdoor wicker and hardwood set is the perfect blend of style and durability. Every detail of its construction has been built with your long-lasting enjoyment in mind.
With a frame built from lightweight yet sturdy powder coated aluminium, it is protected against rust and corrosion within. Externally, the choice of 5mm half-round HDPE wicker weave delivers you the most realistic and hardwearing wicker on the market. Its hard wood, eco-friendly acacia coffee table also offers long-lasting durability. Built to last, this set is weatherproof, rustproof and can remain outdoors year around
The sofa and chairs come with comfortable seat cushions in a grade 5 Olefin fabric that keep their colour. The cushions are shower-resistant, UV-resistant and easy to remove. Because Olefins are more resistant to mildew than polyester and dry more quickly, they are an excellent choice for furniture exposed to the elements.Ideally cover them when not in extended periods of use and bring them inside during winter months for increased longevity.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such an item on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@cozyabodeinteriors.com so that we can help.
Returns & Damages:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to initiate a return, you have a 14-working day window from the date of delivery receipt to do so. However, please be aware that a 25% order cancellation fee may apply with some products.
In the event of item being damaged please report any faults within 14 days of receiving your order and keep the original packaging for the return.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original packaging and in good condition. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the associated invoice becoming payable, as per the agreed payment terms.
Refunds or credit notes will only be processed after the receipt and inspection of the returned items. Please allow up to 10 days from the date of goods inspection for the processing of your refund or credit note.
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@cozyabodeinteriors.com so that we can open a claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
